When we winterize your camp, our goal is simple: prevent freeze damage, protect your plumbing and HVAC systems, and make sure everything is safe until spring. Here’s what our technicians handle during a full winterization:

Water System Protection

• Shut off and drain the domestic water supply
• Disconnect washing machine hoses, sink sprayers, and shower sprayers
• Drain and blow out all hot and cold water piping
• Drain the water heater
• Blow out exterior hose bibs
• Verify all fixtures are fully emptied

Pump, Well, and Lake System Protection

• Shut down and drain pump housing
• Blow out cold water lines
• Add antifreeze to all traps
• Flush toilets and protect with antifreeze
• Verify intake lines and pressure tank are protected
• Tag system as winterized

HVAC & Cooling Equipment

• Shut down cooling equipment as required
• Inspect condensate drains
• Verify mini‑splits are in proper winter mode

General Property Inspection

• Check refrigerator/freezer
• Inspect line‑set supports
• Check for active plumbing leaks
• Inspect exposed piping supports
